Victoria Richard (née English) was born in New York City on June 17, 1952. She was the eldest of 4 children born to William and Evelyn English. Vikki, as she liked to be called, passed away on the evening of July 13, 2025, after a long illness in Boise, Idaho.
Vikki lived with her husband, James Richard and four daughters in Tacoma, Washington for many years before moving to Emmett, Idaho. She enjoyed singing, acting, directing, and costume-making. Since her teenage years, she was involved in theatres and operas in New York, Arizona, Washington, and Idaho. Vikki made a career in the nursing and medical field during her service in the Army as well as professionally until her retirement.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, James Richard; daughters, Mary, Arielle, Joanna and Angela, and her 11 grandchildren. Vikki is also survived by her sisters, Linda Boyd and Barbara Roberts and brother, David English. Her love, talent and creativity will be greatly missed by all.
