Vicki was born February 10, 1950 in Butte, MT to Raymond and Nancy Fitze. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Fitze; her stepfather, David Badten; and her brother, Michael Fitze. She is survived by her husband, Guy Packer; her mother, Nancy Badten; her siblings, David (Becky) Badten, Linette (Jeff) Joyner, Susan Mowers, and John Badten; her children, Heather Steadman, Kelli (Irie) Shriver, Adam (Michele) Pasley, Nicole Howell, Scarlet (Mike) Traverso and Katie (Erick) Bako; 17 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
During their life together Guy and Vicki were foster parents to 53 children, many of whom are still in contact with them. They gave so much love to everyone in their lives and received it back tenfold.
They have lived in the Emmett Valley for 24 years, running their business, North American Dust Control and were active in the community. Their Longhorns were well known in the field next to Albertsons.
Vicki loved gardening, canning and her longhorns and always made sure the hummingbird feeders were full.
Vicki and Guy always looked forward to their yearly hunting trip up near Anderson Ranch. They spent the month of October with family and friends relaxing, hunting and decompressing from the fast-paced dust control season. Everyone was welcome at both their home and hunting camp.
Vicki and Guy lived a life full of adventure and love. She will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her.
