Teresa Jean Burkhart

   Teresa Jean Burkhart of Boise, ID, passed away on Saturday evening, June 8, 2024, at Paramount Parks in Eagle, ID.
   Teresa was born July 21, 1941, in Emmett, ID, to Joseph and Margaret Foruria.
    Teresa attended Emmett Schools and married William Burkhart on September 7, 1960. The two travelled with Idaho Power for work and settled in Boise, ID, in 1962. They had two children, Greg and Chris. Teresa was a kind, caring and the highlight of her life was spending time with children.
   Teresa was preceded in death by her parents; and sisters, Irene Franklen and Rae Nicolona.
   She is survived by her husband, William Burkhart; sons, Greg (Terri) Burkhart and Chris (Lori) Burkhart; grandchildren, Tyson, Caleb and Taylor; and numerous great grandchildren.
   In loving memory, we honor the life of Teresa Burkhart. Her Legacy will remain etched in our hearts.

A Viewing will be held Sunday, June 16, 2024, from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Potter Funeral Chapel, Emmett, ID.

A Graveside Service will be held Monday, June 17, 2024, at 1:30 PM at the Emmett Cemetery, Emmett, ID.
