Mark Thompson

  Mark K. Thompson, 79, passed away November 9, 2023. He was born in Logan, Utah on March 30, 1944 to Reuben and Marva Thompson. He went to Emmett High school and graduated in 1962 and attended college with studies for Microbiology. He served in the Army and obtained his Eagle Scout during his service while stationed in New York. Mark loved animals especially his German Shepard, Sandy. He had a hobby during his teen years in taxidermy and the family got used to having dead birds along with a bobcat in the freezer. 
  Mark is the oldest of 7 siblings with 4 boys and 3 girls. He is preceded in death by his parents, Reuben and Marva Thompson and his brother Ned Thompson. He is survived by Glenn Thompson, Clyde (Susan) Thompson, Beth Howell, Donna (Jeff) Schauer, and Marilyn (Dale) Chantrill with multiple nieces and nephews. 
  Graveside services will be held at Bramwell cemetery on Thursday November 16,2023 at 2:00 PM.
