Kenneth William Hintz left behind his loving family to join his maker in eternal life on November 10, 2024. He was born on October 5, 1929, to Amil and Bernice Hintz in Bremerton, Washington.
As a young boy Kenneth enjoyed a simple country life with his sisters and parents. He loved fishing with his father and helping his mother garden, prepare, and can meat and vegetables. As a young man Kenneth worked various jobs in the logging industry. On February 27, 1951, Kenneth was inducted into the army as an EUCOM special duty assignment in Germany where he received an Army Occupation Medal. He served honorably until February 11, 1953. After he retired from the logging industry Kenneth bought his boat the “Miss Often” and found joy on the ocean fishing and crabbing. In 1979, at the age of 50, he married Alice Gay Alexander. They were happily married until she passed in 2018.
He is survived by a stepson and daughter; as well as many nephews and nieces who loved him dearly.
