John Thomas McIntire

John Thomas McIntire, 82, of Emmett, passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025.  

John was born June 16, 1942 to Clifford Thomas and Jennie Porter McIntire in Emmett, Idaho.  He joined the Army and was stationed in Fort Lewis, Washington.  

John was a big Oklahoma Sooners fan, so for today-  GO SOONERS!

John worked hard to take care of all that needed taken care of.  He was a loyal friend and helped anyone in need.  He was a great man and will be missed.  

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Potter Funeral Chapel followed by a graveside service with military honors at the Emmett Cemetery at 3:00 PM.  He will be buried near his parents.
