Howard "Dee" Dwight Odermott

  Howard Dwight "Dee" Odermott, 90, formerly of Ola passed away January 7, 2024 in Star, Idaho.  He was born December 6, 1933 to Louis and Mary "Peggy" Odermott in Boise, Idaho.
  Howard was the 3rd of four children, Louis, Mary and Anna. They were raised in Meridian and Howard joined the Marines before graduating highschool.  His was an education of life. After military service, Howard married Neva G. Goslin in Nampa on November 18, 1963.  He worked as a farm hand in Meridian, Ola and moved to Emmett in 1973. After Neva passed away June 16, of 1987, Howard would later move back to the Ola community where he resided until he moved into an assisted living in 2018.  
  Howard was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Neva and brother, Louis.  He is survived by his sisters, Mary Fappington and Anna Stinemetz as well as several nieces and nephews.  
  A funeral service will be held Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Potter Funeral Chapel.  Burial will follow at the Emmett Cemetery.
