Frank Robert "Bob" Bork

 Frank Robert “Bob” Bork, 83, of Emmett, ID passed away Thursday, August 2, 2018.

Bob was born January 23, 1935 in Emmett, ID to Frank and Vida Bork.

 He grew up in Emmett where he attended school and went onto to graduate in 1953.  

Bob married Shirley Patrick and they had two children, Steve and Patty. Bob later married Angeles Foruria in 1959 and had two children Mike and Kirk.

 Bob went to work with his father at Bork Motors where he began his career in automotive service and sales. After Bob’s father passed he continued to run the family business with his son Mike.  After 45 years of serving the Emmett community Bob retired.

 Bob volunteered for the Emmett Fire Department for over 30 years.  He loved to spend his free time trap shooting and playing golf, but above all Bob loved to spend his time with friends and family. Bob was the ultimate people person and always had such an interest in what your purpose was, and always treated you like you were very important.

 He is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Vida.  He is survived by his wife Angie Bork, his sister Kay Webb, sons Steve Bork, Mike (Laurie) Bork, Kirk (Angie) Bork, daughter Patty Thomas and grandchildren Damon, Kaylee, and Tyson Bork, Trisha Thomas, Joshua and Brandi Bork, and several great grandchildren.

 Bob was a very loving husband, dad, and grandad and will be missed by all.  

 Funeral Services will at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 9th at the Potter Funeral Chapel in Emmett.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3 to 8:00 p.m. at the Chapel. 

 In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Emmett High School Golf Team.
