David R. Quenzer

David Rienhart Quenzer was born March 2nd, 1946, to RG and Virginia Quenzer. On November 18, 2021, after a long battle with COPD, he joined them at Heavens gates.

Born in Boise ID he moved to Emmett with his parents in 1947 where he grew up helping on the family farm. David graduated HS and went on to Denver Electronic Technology Institute. After College he moved back to Emmett where he opened David’s Sales and Service for Television repair, which later became RadioShack. He also owned and operated Jimbo DQ Laundromat as well as The UPS Store. David was well known in the Emmett Community. He enjoyed square dancing, farming and watching his granddaughters play.

David is survived by his Children James & wife Sue Quenzer (Scott AR), David P & wife Kodi Quenzer (Emmett), Shawn Walker (Emmett). Grandchildren James & Jesse Quenzer, Lacy, Lexie & Dallie Quenzer and Sydney Mallard. Brother Dale & wife Barbara Quenzer (Plano TX), sister Arlene Sallee (Emmett) along with nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents. David will be greatly missed by those who loved him.

Graveside Services will be held Saturday, December 4, 2021, at 1:00pm at the Emmett Cemetery. Potter Funeral Chapel, Emmett.
