Craig Allen Heavrin

On Tuesday, March 25, 2025, Craig Allen Heavrin passed away at the age of 66.  Craig was one of four siblings, born in 1959 in Emmett, Idaho to Almon (Al) Heavrin and Dorothy Heavrin. 

Craig graduated from Emmett High School in 1977 and spent most of his life in or near Emmett.

Craig was known as a logger, beginning right out of high school and worked his way up the ranks to Skid Jammer and Log Loader, with most of his career working for Pat Carlock’s Logging Company and then Brian Wilson’s Logging.  Craig also worked as a mechanic in the off season repairing the heavy equipment used by the logging crew.  He was an all-around good guy who could fix almost anything and would lend a helping hand to any neighbor or friend in need.  

He enjoyed fishing, shooting, and having coffee with his friends and was planning to retire in a couple of years.  He is survived by his brothers Bruce, Clark, and sister Cindy.

Celebration of Life will be held at a date to be determined.
