In Loving Memory of Bonnie Keil
Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of my beloved mother, Bonnie Mae Keil, September 23, 2025, Emmett, Idaho. Predeceased by her loving husband Verne “Red” Pickrell. She leaves behind a legacy of strength, devotion and unwavering support to her family and friends.
Her Life and Legacy
Bonnie was born on January 25, 1947, in Edgewood, Iowa. She dedicated her life to nurturing those she loved, always putting others before herself and lending a helping hand whenever needed. Always a source of encouragement to those closest to her.
She was a source of inspiration, teaching us the true meaning of kindness, perseverance, and unconditional love. Her love of the outdoors, mother/daughter road trips and family gatherings were her most cherished moments. We will remember the love, laughter, and memories created together.
Family and Friends
Bonnie is survived by her daughter, Laurie Ventrone, and her brother, Jerald Glawe both of Emmett. Grandchildren, Gary Lean, Allison (Kelly) Koontz; great grandchildren; Benson, and Finley Koontz. Her memory lives on in every story shared, every tradition passed down, and every loving moment we continue to celebrate together.
A Lasting Tribute
As we say goodbye, we hold close memories of her kindness, her courage, and her boundless love. Though she is no longer with us in person, her spirit will remain in our hearts forever.
A small reception will be held at LaCosta Restaurant following this service. Friends and family are invited to share in remembrance and find comfort in each other’s company.
Rest in peace, Mom. You will always be loved, remembered, and missed.
There will be a graveside service at the Emmett Cemetery on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
