Barbara Jean Lucas, daughter of Clark and Nelly Wilbur, and mother of three, joined our Heavenly Father on May 4, 2025 as she passed in Metaline Falls to be with the Lord our Savior. Although her adult life centered around the restaurant business, marriage and three children; Guy Compton, Lori (Mickie) Dragon and Tina Compton, her legacy will be thought of as "Grandma" and always as "Granny" to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be thought of as the one who always tried to help fix a saddened or broken heart, an illness or ailment she tried to heal, and always a soft, kind and loving voice of reason. She is the person with the glow in her eyes and the smile as you enter the room. She is the one with love and compassion for everyone. She is the one with a deep faith in the Lord Our Savior. Granny, we love you dearly to the core of our existence. Loving you forever.....
There will be a graveside service to honor her beautiful life at the Emmett Cemetery on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
