Arthur Lewis Moseby was born on March 21, 1960, in Porterville, California, to Arthur and Shirley Moseby. He was the oldest of three children.
Arthur was a beloved son, husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He had the biggest heart and the brightest smile, and he was loved by everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Terri Moseby; his three children, Virginia Hulbert, Brandy Moseby, and Robert Moseby, all of Emmett, Idaho; his seven grandchildren, Cody Horton of Payette, Idaho, Kimberly Baker of Spokane, Washington, Kaitlin Baker of Nampa, Idaho, Jerry Baker of Nampa, Idaho, Dallas Day of Emmett, Idaho, Kolseyn Moseby of Emmett, Idaho, and Jaxyn Moseby of Emmett, Idaho; his sisters, Pamela Perdue of Medford, Oregon, and Marlene Gardner of Waterford, California; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother, grandparents, and several aunts and uncles.
Arthur was loved by all who knew him and will be deeply missed by everyone whose life he touched.
