CAROL ANN (LEATHERBURY) HANSON

 She was born to Hershel & Marguerite Leatherbury in Vevay Indiana. Carol and her family moved to John Day OR while she was in high school. It was there where she met Richard Hanson. They were married in 1957 and were blessed with 3 children.

 Carol made a career out of cooking for others and spent many years as a professional chef and dietary manager. She retired in 2000 and spent many more years caring for her many loved grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

 She is preceded in death by her husband Richard, both parents, and her brother Bob.

She is survived by her 3 children; Michael (Germela) Hanson, Hollie Hanson, & Kevin Hanson. Grandchildren; Amanda (Ashton) Chapman, Stephanie (Seth) Ford, Patrick Hanson, Erin Hanson, and 3 great granddaughters, Kylie, Claira, and Jade Ford. She also has many loved nieces and nephews.

 A memorial gathering will be held at Cold Mountain Creek in Emmett, on Wednesday, April 11th from 3-5pm.  Local arrangements are with the Potter Funeral Chapel in Emmett.
