Harold "Andy" Anderson, 63, of Emmett Idaho passed away on March 24, 2018 at his home. He was born January 15th to Harold Glen Anderson and Edith Melba Main-Anderson in 1955 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Andy grew up in a military family and spent most of his youth in Northern and Southern California where he enjoyed a plethora of activities. He had a great love of sports, especially baseball. He fell in love with the western cowboy lifestyle that took him to many places and experiences. He was a dedicated family man, loving and caring father and grandfather, and a loving devoted husband. He supported his family and children in their dreams and endeavors in any way he could. He went to school at Piedmont High School, in Milpitas, California and later received his degree from Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho.
He married his love, Debbie, on March 31, 2004 in Reno, Nevada and would be celebrating 14 years this year. His life was filled with those he loved and doing things that brought him joy. He enjoyed his work and had many lifelong friends throughout his career. His last days were some of the happiest, with his wife, at their home with his dogs and horses.
Preceded in death by his parents and his three brothers, Larry, Ralph and Ron.
Survived by his wife, Debbie Anderson (Harris) and his five children, Jay and Monte Anderson, Dusti Scott (Anderson), Leah Ford and Samuel Bishop; his sisters, Julie Bay (Anderson) and Colleen Hansen (Anderson). He was the proud Grandfather of 11 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on March 29, 2018 at 11:00 am at the Potter Funeral Chapel 228 E. Main St. Emmett, Idaho.
